Job summary

Perinatal Partners seeks a Medical Center Representative (PRN) to support front desk operations and patient flow in a busy medical center. You will handle scheduling, patient registrations, referrals, and billing, while delivering courteous customer service to patients and families in a fast-paced environment.

A high school diploma or GED is required; two to three years in ambulatory health care, HIPAA knowledge, and familiarity with ICD-10/CPT coding are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two to three years of experience in ambulatory health care facility.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance.
• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding is a plus.
• Computer and keyboarding skills; Epic EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle general clerical and reception tasks for the medical center.
• Process patient registrations and scheduling for 20+ patients daily.
• Manage billing and collections processes.
• Handle referrals and customer service duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical and financial information.
