Job summary

Crawco is seeking an RN Case Manager for the Bloomington, IL region. This role offers a remote position with local field travel and a compensation package complemented by quarterly bonus opportunities.

You will deliver medical case management aligned with industry standards, aiding insured individuals across Workers’ Comp, health, liability, and disability programs while supporting your team and patients in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Ideal candidates may be based in Bloomington, IL or nearby cities such as Normal, Lincoln, Pontiac, Decatur, Peoria, and Clinton, with the ability to travel throughout the territory, including Springfield, Champaign, Urbana, and surrounding areas as needed.
