Job summary

Crawford seeks a registered nurse to join our team as an RN Case Manager in the Portland, OR area. You will work from home with local field travel to manage and coordinate patient care.

You will deliver medical case management consistent with URAC standards, CMSA practice guidelines, and Broadspire QA guidelines, supporting WC, health, liability, disability, and care management programs.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services in a cost-effective manner following URAC standards and CMSA Standards of Practice.
• Support patients/employees with Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
• Contribute to high-quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
