Job summary

Broadspire Services, Inc. seeks an RN Case Manager for the Portland, OR region with work-from-home flexibility and local field travel. You will manage medical cases and coordinate care for insured employees across multiple lines.

Responsibilities include delivering efficient case management aligned with URAC and CMSA standards, supporting Workers’ Comp, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management programs, while pursuing professional growth and work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus.
