Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking an RN Case Manager for Bloomington, IL. This role offers a remote work option with local field travel to cover the territory.

You will provide medical case management aligned with URAC standards and CMSA practices, supporting benefits across Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management. Ideal candidates reside in Bloomington or nearby and can travel as needed.

Qualifications

• RN degree required and valid license.
• National certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp case management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost-effective medical case management in accordance with URAC standards and CMSA practices.
• Support benefits administration across Workers’ Comp, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.

Location Requirement
Ideal candidates may be based in Bloomington, IL or nearby cities such as Normal, Lincoln, Pontiac, Decatur, Peoria, and Clinton, with the ability to travel throughout the territory, including Springfield, Champaign, Urbana, and surrounding areas as needed.
