Broadspire is hiring a dedicated RN Case Manager to join our remote-capable team serving Bloomington, IL and surrounding areas. You’ll perform medical case management with emphasis on efficiency, quality, and patient advocacy, traveling locally as needed.

The role requires an RN degree; national certification is preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN). Workers' comp case management experience is a plus, with opportunities for quarterly bonuses and ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers' Comp Case Management experience a plus.
• Remote position with local field travel.

Responsabilités

• Provide effective medical case management in line with URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA Guidelines.
• Support patients/employees receiving benefits under insurance lines including Workers' Comp, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.

Ideal candidates may be based in Bloomington, IL or nearby cities such as Normal, Lincoln, Pontiac, Decatur, Peoria, and Clinton, with the ability to travel throughout the territory, including Springfield, Champaign, Urbana, and surrounding areas as needed.
