Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to join our Stockton, CA region team. This role offers a remote work option with local field travel, enabling flexible scheduling while delivering high-quality case management.

You will assess and coordinate medical care for patients across Workers' Compensation, group health, liability, disability, and care management programs, aligning with URAC standards and CMSA guidelines.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers' Comp Case Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services in line with URAC standards and CMSA Guidelines.
• Coordinate medical care for patients across Workers' Comp, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management programs.
