Job summary

Crawco is hiring an RN Case Manager for the Stockton, CA region. The role combines remote work with local field travel, offering a path to growth and balance. You will manage medical cases under URAC and CMSA guidelines, serving multiple insurance lines and contributing to high-quality care management.

Ideal candidates hold an RN degree, with national certifications preferred. Workers' Comp case management experience is a plus and support for licenses is provided.

Qualifications

• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers' Comp Case Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services in a cost-effective manner.
• Deliver medical case management aligned with URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA Guidelines.
• Support patients/employees with benefits across Workers' Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
