Job summary

Crawford & Company is hiring an RN Case Manager for the Philadelphia region. This remote role includes local field travel to client sites as needed, offering flexibility and diversity in daily tasks.

You will manage medical case coordination for insured clients, align with URAC standards and CMSA Practice standards, and support Workers’ Comp, health, disability, and care management programs.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services aligned with URAC standards and CMSA Practice Standards.
• Support patients/employees with benefits under Workers’ Comp, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
