Job summary

The role partners with insurance lines including Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management, delivering URAC-aligned care and QA-compliant practices while supporting professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services in a cost-effective manner, following URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA Guidelines.
• Support patients/employees receiving benefits under Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
