Job summary

Crawco is hiring an RN Case Manager to support the Hartford, CT region. The role blends work-from-home with local field travel and focuses on delivering efficient, compliant medical case management.

You will address URAC standards, CMSA Guidelines, and Broadspire QA while assisting employees with Workers’ Compensation, health, disability, and care management benefits. Qualifications include an RN degree and preferred national certification.

Qualifications

• RN license or degree required.
• National certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services in a cost‑effective manner.
• Deliver medical case management aligned with URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA Guidelines.
• Support patients/employees with benefits under Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
