Job summary

Crawford is hiring an RN Case Manager in the Boca Raton, FL region. This role offers work from home with local field travel, a competitive salary commensurate with experience, and quarterly bonus opportunities.

Free CEUs and license/certification reimbursement are provided. You will manage cases for Workers’ Comp, group health, liability, disability, and care management while adhering to URAC and CMSA standards.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services aligned with URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA Guidelines.
• Support patients and employees receiving benefits under insurance lines including Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability and Care Management.
