Qualifications

• Experience in cable/wire harness or related manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with wire stripping, crimping, soldering, and small-part assembly.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• IPC-610 or IPC-620 certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical cable assemblies and wire harnesses according to detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Perform cable preparation tasks including wire cutting, stripping, crimping, terminating, and soldering.
• Utilize hand tools, assembly fixtures, and production equipment to manufacture quality products.
• Rotate between multiple workstations to support batch production and team efficiency.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, build sheets, and technical documentation.
• Complete production records and access work instructions through computer-based systems.
• Inspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Follow company procedures and regulatory requirements for medical device manufacturing.
