Aerotek is seeking a Cable Assembly Technician on 2nd shift in Saint Paul, MN. You will build medical cable assemblies and wire harnesses in a clean, modern facility with comprehensive training and room for growth.

The role offers hands-on experience in precision assembly, soldering, wiring, and quality inspection, with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance in medical device manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience in cable assembly, wire harness assembly, electronics assembly, medical device assembly, or related manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical cable assemblies and wire harnesses according to detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Perform cable preparation tasks including wire cutting, stripping, crimping, terminating, and soldering.
• Utilize hand tools, assembly fixtures, and production equipment to manufacture quality products.
• Rotate between multiple workstations to support batch production and team efficiency.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, build sheets, and technical documentation.
• Complete production records and access work instructions through computer‑based systems.
• Inspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment.
• Follow company procedures and regulatory requirements for medical device manufacturing.
