Job summary

Quadax in Ohio seeks a Department Supervisor to coordinate and supervise department activities and special projects, provide guidance, and perform annual performance reviews. During a training period, the role is in the Milan or Middleburg Heights offices, five days a week for three months, then hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 remote.

Occasional in-person meetings will be required. You will lead onshore and offshore teams, participate in client meetings on billing processes, conduct quality

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or similar level of experience.
• 2-4 years of experience working and managing staff in a business environment.
• Experience in working with software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise department work assignments and staffing levels.
• Monitor work lists to verify work is being completed within required TAT (Turn Around Time).
• Conduct scheduled staff meetings and coordinate onshore and offshore team members.
• Participate in client meetings for discussion on process flows and billing issues.
• Conduct monthly quality audits to ensure SOPs are followed and targets met.
• Measure productivity for every staff member against targets.
• Review employee timesheets and monitor overtime.
• Recommend and coordinate process improvements based on analysis.
• Develop staff in resolving complex billing issues and questions.
