Princeton Orthopaedic Associates (POA) in Monroe Township is hiring Medical Billing Specialists to support accurate, timely submission of claims and seamless revenue cycle operations.

You will review and post payments, investigate denials, and collaborate with insurance carriers and internal teams to resolve issues. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and relevant billing experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• Experience with medical billing, claims, denials, payment posting, and insurance carrier processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and billing systems; ability to thrive in a busy, collaborative office.
• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent billing/office experience; CBCS certification and basic accounting knowledge preferred.

The hiring range is $18.00-$29.00 per hour, based on qualifications, relevant experience, and other job-related factors. Eligible full-time employees may receive paid time off, medical, dental and vision coverage, and a retirement plan.
