You will process claims, resolve denials, post payments, and coordinate with insurers to ensure accurate, timely reimbursement. The ideal candidate has medical billing experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and billing systems. CBCS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical billing, claims, denials, payment posting, and insurance carrier processes.
• CBCS certification preferred and basic accounting knowledge helpful.
• Associate degree or equivalent billing/office experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and review medical claims and billing information for accuracy and timely submission.
• Research and resolve claim denials, payment discrepancies, and insurance-related questions.
• Post and reconcile payments; maintain clear, accurate billing records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and insurance carriers to resolve issues.
