Job summary

Princeton Orthopaedic Associates in Monroe Township is hiring Medical Billing Specialists to join our Monroe office and help keep patient care moving behind the scenes. You will process claims, address denials, post payments, and collaborate with teams and insurers to optimize revenue cycle.

Qualified candidates have billing experience, CBCS or related degree, Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical billing, claims, denials, and posting payments.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and billing systems; thrives in a busy, collaborative office.
• Associate’s degree in a related field; CBCS certification and basic accounting knowledge preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Process and review medical claims and billing information for accuracy and timely submission.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Experience with medical billing, claims, denials, payment posting, and insurance carrier processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and billing systems; ability to thrive in a busy, collaborative office.
• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent billing/office experience; CBCS certification and basic accounting knowledge preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The hiring range is $18.00–$29.00 per hour, based on qualifications, relevant experience, and other job-related factors. Eligible full-time employees may receive paid time off, medical, dental and vision coverage, and a retirement plan.
