The position supports patient communications, records submission, benefits review, and tasks such as charge entry or written appeals, with remote or hybrid work options after training. Immediate eligibility for benefits and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of ICD-10/HCPCS.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google based webpages.
• Minimum of 2+ years of Medical Billing experience.
• Remote work setting available after training/probation period.

Responsabilités

• Handle insurance follow-up, review payment posting and denials.
• Collaborate with coders to write appeals and correct claims.
• Communicate with patients, submit records, and review benefits.
• Perform charge entry, written appeals, and LO MNs as needed.
