Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare billing and denial management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare office software.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely billing and rebilling of claims in third-party systems.
• Review and resolve claim denials, rejections, and billing discrepancies.
• Research payer information and patient demographics in EMR systems.
• Communicate professionally with patients, payers, and facility staff.
