Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare billing and insurance follow-up.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Ability to handle high call volume and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communications related to self-pay billing and insurance follow-up
• Work with patients to establish payment arrangements and process payments accurately and efficiently
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of client and patient requests
• Obtain and verify third-party payer information and communicate to clients for processing
• Communicating professionally with clients, insurance companies, attorneys and other third parties
• Handle a high volume of calls from patients, clients, insurance companies, attorneys, and other parties
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, and all applicable federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Medical Billing Representative at our Wichita office. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client needs, and helping consumers resolve account balances while representing our clients with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities may change at the discretion of management based on business needs.
