Rehab Medical, a leading provider of custom medical equipment in Indianapolis, seeks a Payment Posting Specialist to join our billing team. You will post insurance and patient payments, process adjustments, and handle EOBs with precision.

Ideal candidates have strong data-entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while coordinating with billing groups and payer portals. Training is provided at our Indianapolis HQ.

Qualifications

• Experience posting payments, EOBs, and denials is preferred.
• Ability to post cash and credit payments for diverse payers.
• Proficient with insurance billing workflows and COB processes.

Responsibilities

• Post insurance and patient payments and adjustments daily.
• Scan EOBs and sort correspondence including denials.
• Enter denials into systems and research payment information.
• Apply electronic payments and payments via lockbox.
• Forward correspondence to billing groups and support audits.
