Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and reimbursement practices.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake and verify insurance coverage.
• Coordinate documentation and service setup for respiratory products and equipment.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, referral sources and internal teams.
• Maintain records and ensure timely service and resolution of inquiries.
• May cover on-call, drive company vehicle and make home deliveries.
