The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) is seeking a full-time Clerk to support ACCESS Billing within the Student Services division at the Chester County Intermediate Unit. The main focus is timely processing of all ACCESS Medical Assistance claims and ensuring eligibility and accurate billing.

Proficiency in Excel and data management is preferred. The role operates 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, at 455 Boot Road, Downingtown, PA 19335.

Formación

• Prior experience in medical assistance claims processing preferred.
• Data management skills with proficiency in Excel for organizing, analyzing and reporting data.

Responsabilidades

• Process ACCESS medical assistance claims for CCIU programs with accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify eligibility of students using electronic Promise system and monitor potential eligibles.
• Support billing submissions and communicate billing procedures to service providers.
• Maintain student folders and ensure PA state regulations compliance.
