Five Star Solutions is seeking a Medical Billing Customer Service Representative to assist patients with billing questions from a remote location within eligible states. You will handle calls, provide billing information, and process payments with professionalism and care.

The role emphasizes accuracy, patient-focused service, and clear communication while maintaining sensitive information securely. Training is provided, with a structured 9:00am–6:00pm EST schedule, Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding patient statements, insurance payments, and account balances.

• Escalate complex billing disputes and concerns to the appropriate department.

This is a remote position for individuals living in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

Shift differential(extra $1/hr nights & wkds)

Work hours - 9:00am-6:00pm (EST) ; Work Days - Mon-Fri

Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 9:00am-6:00pm (EST)

Status - Full Time 40 hours
