Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients, staff, and management regarding account status.
• Generate patient account statements and maintain accounts receivable files.
• Follow up on collection of receivables and ensure timely billing with accurate coding.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure charges are captured through proper documentation.
• Discuss financial obligations with patients and family members.
