Ledgent is seeking an experienced Medical Biller & Collector in Corona, CA. The role focuses on managing facility and hospital billing accounts, resolving collection issues, and ensuring timely follow-up on unpaid claims.

You will handle 50 accounts per day, work to resolve 120+ day unpaid balances, and contribute to improvements in billing accuracy and front-end processes. Strong AR knowledge and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Medical billing and collections experience required.
• Experience with facility and hospital accounts preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and collection practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet daily productivity goals.
• Proficient computer and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve facility and hospital billing and collection issues proactively within 1-2 business days.
• Maintain productivity of approximately 50 worked accounts per day.
• Review, investigate, and pursue unpaid accounts aged 120+ days.
• Provide feedback to management regarding billing accuracy and front-end registration processes.
• Demonstrate and maintain complete knowledge of AIS.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding accounts receivable balances.
