Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Medical Billing & Collections Clerical Support for our Billing Center. You will be responsible for submission of all hard-copy primary and secondary claims, as well as entering and submitting claims generated by Billing Center’s to specific payers.

Pay starting at $14 per hour. The position requires attention to detail, accuracy in billing, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical billing preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit all hard-copy primary and secondary claims and enter claims into the billing system.
• Review claims and attach necessary documents for payer submission.
• Coordinate with File Clerk and staff on claim processing and reports.
• Ensure accuracy of billing amounts and adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
