Desert Orthopaedic Center is seeking a detail‑oriented Service Coordinator to join our team in Las Vegas. You will work with the authorizations department to secure approvals from health plans for imaging, testing, surgery, and injectable medications.

The role requires accuracy, strong communication with patients and physicians, and the ability to manage balances and copays. You will coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely access to high‑quality orthopaedic care.

Qualifications

• Experience with surgery scheduling.
• Experience with Nevada insurance verification and benefits is preferred.
• Insurance authorization experience.
• Must have good computer skills - EMR knowledge; ModMed knowledge is a plus.
• Must be flexible and reliable in regard to schedule and location.
• Work along side other medical staff.
• Bilingual is a plus.
