The position requires an associate degree or higher in the medical field, 5+ years of medical experience, or an Ohio teaching license for Medical Assisting.

  • Associate degree or higher in the medical field and 3 years of experience in the medical field.
  • Five years of experience in the medical field.
  • Possess an Ohio teaching license for Medical Assisting

Responsibilities

  • Teach technical knowledge in the medical career field
  • Provide instruction in work ethic and life skills to lead to employment in medical fields
  • Affiliation with SkillsUSA youth organization and competitions
  • Coordinate work-related/educational activities outside the school facility
  • Organizational, classroom management, and lesson plan development and implementation skills are essential
