About the Role

Medical assistants provide aesthetic injectors with assistance on tasks such as patient check in, taking before and after photos, and treatment preparation. MA ensures back office inventory is accurate and patient treatment rooms are stocked, sanitized, and clean.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient treatment rooms before and after patient arrives
• Assist Providers with treatments; draw up neurotoxin, draw blood, cleanse patient face, etc.
• Update chart on each patient provider has treated
• Keep track of inventory used throughout the day and update available inventory
• Assist with organizing inventory, receiving packages and products in the back office
• Upload before and after photos to company computer files
• Sanitize patient treatment rooms and all supplies
• Ensure patient consent forms and charts are up to date
• Coordinate with front desk on provider schedule throughout the day
• Communicate with front desk about check out details

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a medical assistant
• High school diploma
• Reliable form of transportation
• Basic understanding of anatomy and safety
