Job summary

HonorHealth is hiring a Medical Assistant for the Carefree Primary Care clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. This full-time, in-person role supports front and back-office operations and escorts patients to exam rooms while maintaining organized patient charts.

The MA will take vital signs, assist clinicians, perform basic procedures, and help with scheduling and communications with insurance providers. A completed MA program and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an MA training program or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and escort patients to exam rooms.
• Take vital signs and record chief complaints.
• Assist physicians/clinicians during examinations and procedures.
• Perform clerical duties and front-office tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with insurance and referrals.
