Job summary

BoulderCentre for Orthopedics & Spine is seeking a Medical Assistant / Medical Scribe – Float to support our clinical teams. This on‑site role covers Boulder and Broomfield locations with a Monday–Friday schedule and hourly pay between $20.00 and $27.00, commensurate with experience.

The position combines hands‑on clinical support with real‑time medical documentation, ensuring efficient patient care and accurate EMR entries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical assistant diploma or certification preferred.
• Accurate documentation and strong communication skills.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Flexible to work at Boulder and Broomfield locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, exam rooms, instruments, and equipment for examinations and procedures.
• Document patient histories, vital signs, and clinical information in the EMR.
• Assist providers with procedures and post‑procedure tasks as trained.
• Provide patient instructions and follow‑up care information.
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate needs to team members.
• Float among providers to maintain coverage and workflow efficiency.
