Boulder Centre for Orthopedics & Spine is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our Clinical team in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting. You will document in real time and provide administrative support to allow physicians to focus on patient care.

The role emphasizes EHR proficiency, confidentiality, and accurate recordkeeping with a Monday–Friday schedule and onsite full-time hours. Competitive hourly wage and eligibility for benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year medical setting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and support physicians.
• Strong written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Document patient visits and procedures in real time within the EHR.
• Record histories, exams, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up plans.
• Document education and explanations of treatment risks/benefits.
• Ensure data, labs, and interpretations are recorded accurately.
• Alert physician to incomplete charts; review for accuracy.
• Support clinic flow and coordinate referrals.
• Prepare operative reports and other medical docs.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
