• BLS certification required. Good math and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform registration, verify insurance, provide financial counseling and scheduling.
• Assist clinicians with exams, office testing, specimen collection and minor procedures.
• Manage billing, charges, deposits, and daily reconciliation with accuracy.
• Maintain medical records, ensure confidentiality, and support patient flow in a fast-paced setting.
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers and payors.
