Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of Medical Assistant experience or currently enrolled in a medical, nursing, or EMT program.

Responsibilities

• Document patient information accurately in the EHR (EPIC).
• Complete intake for new and returning patients.
• Prepare patients and assist providers during exams.
• Administer vaccines and perform basic clinical procedures.
• Draw blood and complete screenings as directed.
• Participate in daily huddles and support care team coordination.
• Schedule follow-ups and assist with patient flow.
• Address barriers to care and support treatment compliance.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and compliant exam rooms.
• Process and route tasks in a timely manner.
• Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory guidelines.

Skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education
