Under supervision, you will complete required certifications, assist with clinical procedures, and participate in daily operations to ensure a smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.
• Active MA certification and BLS certification within 90 days (hospital outpatient requires BLS).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in clinic workflow and assesses patients in a timely, consistent manner.
• Documents subjective and objective data per Mercy policy.
• Maintains infection control and patient safety techniques.
• Provides administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
