Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• One year of outpatient/ambulatory care experience.
• Proficient in EHR and clinical documentation.
• Strong communication and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
• Knowledge of outpatient procedures and equipment.
• Commitment to serving diverse patient populations.
