Duly Health and Care in Aurora, IL is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Primary Care team in the West Region. This full-time role runs Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with hours varying by physician schedules.

You will greet patients, assist with registrations, measure vital signs and support physicians during exams and procedures. The position offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision, mental health support, tuition reimbursement of 5,250 per year, immediate 401(k)

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant program or higher in health sciences.
• Active MA certification from AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA preferred; may be required within 90 days for phlebotomy.
• Prior experience as MA/CMA/CNA/EMT or 2+ years in medical office preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, vital signs and health history.
• Support physicians during examinations, minor procedures and first aid.
• Assist with immunizations or injections where applicable.
• Process prescriptions, address pharmacy callbacks and provider orders.
• Update charting and filing; conduct onsite lab testing (EKG, pulmonary function, glucose, urine tests).
• Maintain clean, welcoming exam rooms and provide excellent customer service.
• Some travel to assist other local clinics may be required.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
