Duly Health and Care is seeking a Medical Assistant for the West Region in Illinois (Aurora, Woodridge). The role supports physicians, assists with examinations and minor procedures, and handles registrations and vital signs to ensure smooth patient flow.

Applicants should have a Medical Assistant program completion and CPR certification; phlebotomy certification is a plus. Travel to nearby clinics may be required, with competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant program or higher education in health sciences.
• Active Medical Assistant certifications (AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA) preferred and CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, measuring vital signs and collecting health history.
• Provide support to physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, dressing changes and other first aid procedures.
• Certified medical assistants may assist with immunizations or injections.
• Assist patients with prescription requests, address pharmacy callbacks, provider orders, update charting and filing.
• Conduct onsite lab testing including EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose and urine pregnancy tests.
• Maintain clean, warm, inviting examination rooms for patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service reflecting Duly Health and Care values.
• Some travel to assist other local clinics may be required.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
