Duly Health and Care is seeking a Medical Assistant for the South Region. The role supports physicians in primary care, greets patients, handles registration, takes vital signs, and assists with examinations and minor procedures.

You may assist with immunizations and lab testing, and ensure clean, welcoming exam rooms. Requirements include a Medical Assistant program or related education, active MA/CMA/CNA/EMT certification, CPR, and potentially phlebotomy certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or higher education courses in health sciences or related experience
• Active MA/ CMA/ CNA/ EMT certification through AMT, NCCT, NHA, ARMA, or AAMA
• CPR certification or willingness to become certified upon hire
• Phlebotomy certification may be required within 90 days of hire

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, vital signs and health history
• Support physicians during examinations, minor surgeries, dressings and first aid
• Assist with immunizations or injections (where certified)
• Process prescriptions, callbacks, provider orders, charting and filing
• Conduct onsite lab tests: EKG, pulmonary function, glucose, urine pregnancy
• Maintain clean, welcoming exam rooms and deliver excellent patient service
• Occasional travel to assist other local clinics

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
