Duly Health and Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to greet patients, assist with registrations, and support physicians during examinations at our Lisle, IL location. The role includes performing basic lab tests, administering injections when trained, and coordinating prescriptions while upholding CARE values.

The position requires a Medical Assistant program completion or higher, CPR certification, and relevant clinical experience. Some travel to nearby clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or higher health sciences coursework.
• Active medical assistant certification (AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA) preferred or required.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• 2 years of experience in a medical office or MA/CMA/CNA/EMT role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, measuring vital signs and collecting health history.
• Provide support to physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, dressing changes and other first aid procedures.
• Certified medical assistants may assist with immunizations or injections.
• Assist patients with prescription requests, address pharmacy callbacks, provider orders, update charting and filing.
• Conduct onsite lab testing including EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose and urine pregnancy tests.
• Maintain clean, warm, and inviting examination rooms.
• Provide excellent customer service exemplifying CARE values.
• Travel to assist other local clinics may be required.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
