• Administer point-of-care tests and vaccines as permitted by state regulations.
• Update EMR with patient data and document uploads.
• Participate in daily care team meetings and clinic operations.
• Process orders for DME with clinical leadership.
• Request medical records from external providers when needed.
• Conduct routine quality control and infection prevention measures.
