Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our care team in our primary care centers. You will work closely with a PCP, perform clinical tasks, and help deliver a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, assisting with procedures, handling front-d desk duties, and ensuring accurate documentation and patient communication. State-specific MA certs and CPR/BLS are preferred/required as applicable.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program or related program.
• National or state MA certification/registration strongly preferred; required where applicable.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.

Responsabilidades

• Escort patients to exam rooms and ensure rooms are clean and stocked.
• Take vitals, draw blood, administer injections as directed by Provider.
• Assist with procedures and coordinate with labs for tests.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, referrals, and coordination of care outside clinic.
• Document data in medical records and communicate results to patients.
