Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team. The MA will work closely with a primary care physician to deliver excellent patient care and provide an exceptional guest experience.

This role blends front desk responsibilities with clinical duties to support the full patient journey. Responsibilities include taking vitals, assisting with procedures, administering medications and immunizations as directed, and coordinating referrals.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program or related program.
• National or state MA certification or registration is strongly preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date

Responsabilidades

• Escort patients to room and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked.
• Take vitals, perform blood draws, injections, dressings, and assist procedures.
• Maintain medical records per documentation guidelines.
• Process test results and communicate outcomes to patients.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, record requests, referrals, and other clinic coordination
