Job summary

Logan Health in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) and/or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support Primary Care clinics. You will welcome patients, obtain vitals, review medical histories, and prepare them for exams, while maintaining accurate EMR documentation and coordinating care with the team.

This PRN/full-time role offers four 10-hour shifts weekly, collaborating with providers to deliver patient-centered care, and opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Certification as RMA or CMA required.
• Patient-centered mindset and excellent communication.
• Technical skills in vitals, specimen collection, medications, and EMR.
• Team-oriented and flexible in a clinic setting.
• CPR certification and outpatient/primary care experience considered a bonus.

Responsibilities

At Logan Health, our Primary Care team is dedicated to supporting patients through compassionate and coordinated care. We are seeking a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) and/or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support clinical care, patient communication, care coordination, and day-to-day clinic operations.

This role plays an important part in creating a positive patient experience by assisting providers, preparing patients for exams and procedures, obtaining medical histories and vital signs, documenting accurately, coordinating care needs, and supporting patients with professionalism, empathy, and respect.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
