Upperline Health Florida is seeking an energetic Medical Assistant to support physicians in clinic settings. The role will be based in Maryland at Catonsville, Columbia and Glen Burnie offices, assisting with clinical and administrative tasks.

Experience in podiatry or orthopedics and x-ray is preferred. You will perform exam room prep, patient history review, charting, basic imaging, room sterilization, and routine administrative duties while delivering compassionate patient care and

Formación

• Previous Medical Assistant experience.
• Podiatry or Orthopedic clinic experience preferred.
• X-ray experience is a plus.
• Experience with Athena EMR is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Stable work history with reliability.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Place patients in exam rooms and prepare for physician appointment.
• Complete intake, including medical history and exam notes.
• Ensure accurate charting for physician.
• Take and develop x-rays and assist in exam as required.
• Perform daily administrative tasks and stock exam rooms.
• Sterilize rooms and instruments; maintain hygiene standards.
• Document required MIPS quality measures.
