Low T Center powered by SynergenX in Richardson, TX is seeking a proactive Medical Assistant to support our men’s health and wellness clinic. No Medical Assistant certification required; two weeks of paid, hands-on training will help you get up to speed.

You’ll take vitals, perform blood draws, assist providers, maintain clean patient areas, and document accurately in the EMR. This full-time role offers competitive pay at $20/hour and benefits, with a friendly, patient-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of Medical Assistant or related clinical experience.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Experience assisting with minor procedures preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using EMR systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and infection-control standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Taking and documenting manual vital signs.
• Performing routine blood draws.
• Administering intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider.
• Preparing and processing laboratory specimens.
• Running in-house labs and preparing specimens for outside laboratories.
