Job summary

SynergenX Health Holdings LLC is seeking motivated Medical Assistants to join our growing team. No certification required — we provide two weeks of paid training to learn our processes and build clinical skills.

You’ll work closely with providers and the clinical team to deliver compassionate patient care, perform vitals, phlebotomy, and injections, and help with front desk tasks. Clinic hours vary, paid training included, and benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; physical documentation required
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required
• Minimum of 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals OR documented completion of 180 externship hours
• Previous experience with venipuncture and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections highly preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
• Strong work ethic and commitment to patient care
• Must be flexible with clinic hours, including occasional late hours and weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform manual patient vital signs
• Perform routine blood draws and venipuncture
• Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper quality control procedures
• Document and maintain accurate lab results and records
• Run in-house laboratory testing and prepare specimens for outside facilities
• Ensure appropriate labs are ordered and prepared for each patient
• Complete weekly inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Communicate effectively with the clinical and administrative teams
• Assist with front desk responsibilities when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment
• Provide friendly, professional, and compassionate patient care
