Low T Center powered by SynergenX in Richardson, TX, is seeking an energetic Medical Assistant to join our men’s health and wellness clinic. You’ll welcome patients, take vitals, draw blood, and assist providers to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Certification is not required; we offer two weeks of paid, hands-on training to help you feel confident in this role. Hours are full-time, with a schedule that includes weekdays and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of Medical Assistant or clinical experience.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Experience assisting with minor procedures preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using EMR systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and infection-control standards.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Taking and documenting manual vital signs
• Performing routine blood draws
• Administering intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider
• Preparing and processing laboratory specimens
• Running in-house labs and preparing specimens for outside laboratories
• Maintaining lab equipment, quality-control documentation, and accurate records
• Assisting providers with minor procedures when needed
• Monitoring weekly inventory and helping order clinical supplies
• Keeping patient care areas clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Documenting patient information accurately in the EMR
• Following HIPAA, infection-control, and sterilization procedures
• Jumping in to assist the front desk and your teammates when needed
• Creating a positive, welcoming experience for every patient

Our Medical Assistants are an important part of the patient experience. From welcoming patients and taking vitals to performing blood draws and assisting our providers, you’ll play a hands‑on role in helping our clinic run smoothly every day.

What We Do

At Low T Center powered by SynergenX, we specialize in personalized men's health and wellness programs, including:

• Hormone replacement therapy

• Weight management

You'll work alongside healthcare professionals who specialize in hormone therapy, weight management, and overall men's wellness while gaining valuable hands‑on clinical experience.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

We’d love to meet someone who is friendly, dependable, comfortable working with patients, and ready to learn.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• At least 6 months of Medical Assistant or related clinical experience

• Phlebotomy experience required

• Experience assisting with minor procedures preferred

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced clinic environment

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience using EMR systems

• Knowledge of HIPAA and infection‑control standards

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Dependable, team‑oriented, and willing to jump in where needed

• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check

Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification is preferred, but not required.

Clinic Hours

Candidates should be available within the following clinic schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Availability for 2–3 Saturdays per month is required.
